In 2019, we introduced a Solid Works 3D CAD package, a powerful 3D design and manufacturing solution that revolutionised our drawing capability. Providing us with specialised tools for sheet metal, weldments, surfacing, moulds, product configuration and design analysis, it has enabled us to develop a sophisticated components and parts library, with automated cost estimation, design & drawing checking, and really opening up collaborative capabilities.
During manufacture, we continually refine our processes to ensure maximum design consistency and efficiency, liaising with you at every stage, through to product completion, to ensure your expectations are not only met, but generally exceeded.
