We understand that customers require products as quickly as possible. That’s why we’ve geared our manufacturing, warehousing and despatch facilities to meet orders as speedily, safely and efficiently as possible.
Continual investment in machinery and processes, including the latest laser cutting, CNC tube bending, welding and powder coating equipment, has given us manufacturing capabilities that are second to none. The introduction of a robotic arm has truly revolutionised our production capability, ensuring the fastest possible working speeds, and the arrival of a state-of-the-art, automated Nano Pallet Wrapper has dramatically increased our packing efficiency.
In addition, we’ve again expanded our warehousing facilities. Our current premises now span 63,000 sq. ft, with an additional mezzanine floor in Unit 2 providing extensive storage facilities for finished stock, ensuring it is available for immediate despatch and enabling us to provide a ‘next day’ or ‘soon as’ delivery policy on the majority of our products.
Large products or those requiring specialist handling are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order. In the case of bespoke products it usually takes 2 working days to prepare the quotation, depending on the complexity of the request, with despatch between 10 – 20 working days from receipt of order, depending on the product and quantity required.
Orders are despatched using high quality shrink-wrap, cardboard and bubble-wrap combinations, ensuring safe transit, and products requiring enhanced protection are despatched on pallets for extra safety and cost savings, utilising our new, highly efficient Nano Pallet Wrapper.
