Redhill’s Big Steps team continues to push ahead, improving efficiency at every step.
Now we’re settled in our purpose-built new premises, with our new machinery up and running and productivity at a high, we’ve halved lead times on our large steps range, bringing it down to 6-8 weeks.
It’s a good start, but it doesn’t end there.
Constantly pushing to improve and achieve more, we’re aiming for a 4 week turnaround from order of Big Step products to despatch by the end of this first quarter.
The great work from the Big Steps team is echoed in other manufacturing departments of our business, as you’ll see here, with many of our most popular products now available from order placement to delivery within 2 weeks.
As we further refine our production line, and install more new equipment, we’re looking to reduce lead times across the entire product range, all to the benefit of our loyal distributor base.
