We are excited to announce that Redhill has been shortlisted for the Made in the Midlands – Manufacturer of the Year Award 2024.
Midlands based businesses are vying for awards at the annual celebration of the region’s manufacturing sector, organised by regional B2B media company, Insider Media Ltd, with winners to be announced at a glitzy ceremony on 25th April.

We believe Redhill Manufacturing is a worthy contender for this award in view of the tenacity, resilience, and the determination to succeed that we demonstrated, after losing everything in a devastating factory fire in May 2022. Determined to keep our workforce employed, we were up and running within three weeks, had moved into new premises by December 2022 and, over the following 12 months, had re-equipped the factory with state-of-the art specialist machinery.
2024 promises to be bright, we are driven to succeed and have many exciting projects on the horizon. We have just won a contract to double our cabinet-making turnover, are expanding our night shift and, thanks to our new tube laser, have further fine-tuned our manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Testament to our commitment to quality, we are the only British step manufacturer to achieve the BSI Kitemark for our range of mobile steps, giving us a USP over our competitors and raising the standard in our marketplace.
As a family-owned British manufacturer with a capability, passion and expertise that spans 46 years, our portfolio of access, handling and storage equipment includes over 3000 products, all designed, manufactured, and assembled at our new, purpose-built, Redditch-based factory.
