Over recent years, Redhill have made significant investments in equipment and in the factory as a whole, such as investing thousands of pounds on robotics, laser cutters and Nano pallet wrappers to ensure they keep up with modern manufacturing.
Such investments means repetitive tasks can be completed more quickly and effectively, with the ability to operate much faster, deploying labour within the factory more productively.
These investments aim to improve accuracy and precision without compromising quality, speed and time, allowing Redhill to meet customer demands in terms of turnaround and levels of expectation. As demand for certain product ranges increases, Redhill will continue to look at ways of increasing productivity so the manufacturing process remains consistent and efficient.
Redhill’s future plans begin with increasing space to be able to invest in more machinery and equipment and further investments in digital aspects of the business such as web based applications.
