    Meeting Ross Anderson, Redhill’s new Sales Director

    Redhill is delighted to welcome Ross Anderson, who will assume the position of Sales Director on Tuesday 14th June. Representing a major new appointment for Redhill, this very much signifies we are bouncing back and moving forward, following the earlier setback of our factory fire.

    We have already recommenced manufacture from our new premises and are busy fulfilling our order book. Ross’s appointment represents a major step forward in our drive to expand our business and bring new opportunities to our extensive customer and distributor base. Here, we find out a little more about Ross, his background and his vision for the future at Redhill.

    As Sales Director, Ross will take responsibility for customer relations with current customers, consolidating their relationship with Redhill, realising their vision to grow and delivering further opportunities that Redhill is able to offer. He will also look to grow the business into new areas, identify opportunities for new product development and innovation, and support Redhill’s marketing strategy in how the company presents itself.

    Warwick-based Ross previously worked in manufacturing, running a family business that produced items for the DIY market, supplying major High Street names such as B&Q, Homebase, Argos and Screwfix. With a history of sales and new product development across Europe and the UK, he has extensive expertise in sales and innovation, understanding market requirements and evolving products to meet customer demand. In other words, a perfect fit for Redhill!

    Seeking a new direction following the pandemic, it was a case of being in the right place at the right time and Redhill acted quickly to secure Ross’s services. He comments: “I joined Redhill because they are a dynamic company and able to adapt to the fast moving demands of the market. They are open to new opportunities and focus on their customers’ need for quality. Their processes and accreditation give customers the confidence that they are the best UK supplier in their field.”

    There is no doubting Ross’s excitement at joining Redhill or his impatience to get going. He says: “Due to the flexibility of Redhill, our aspirations are endless. I have known Managing Director, Andy Colley for many years and seen the team build a very strong business. The team at Redhill is passionate and forward-thinking, with a strong desire for success. As Sales Director, I can be a big part of driving the business forward and delivering the results they need.”

    Ross is also full of praise for the speed with which Redhill bounced back after the fire. “I can’t believe what they have achieved in such a short space of time.
