Plastic Drum Clamp

This Drum Clamp is designed specifically for lifting L, XL and Mauser-style plastic drums with a diameter of 523mm, providing the drum has a minimum 5mm solid lip. The clamp fits over the forks of the fork lift trucks and is secured by âTâ bar clamping screws. The two drum fingers are fitted with adjustable bolts, complete with lock nuts, on the underside, enabling them to be adjusted in parallel.
British-made to the highest safety and quality standards, the Claw is manufactured from a strong and robust welded steel construction and finished with a tough yellow or orange epoxy coating. A full Test Certificate is supplied. It weighs 27kg and has a maximum load capacity of 500kg. Please note, to operate the clamp must be fitted to the plastic drum with the jaws under the top lip. The jaws will automatically lose and open as the drum is raised and lowered to the floor.
