Featuring white non-toxic polyethylene food grade trays, this range of Mobile Tray Racks is available with varying configurations, including 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 trays. Each mobile rack is supplied complete with trays. Manufactured in the UK to the highest specification, the racks are made from a strong welded angle construction, finished in a tough, hardwearing, red epoxy coating. Each rack has a maximum load capacity of 200kg.
The plastic trays slide onto the fixed metal tray supports and a metal strap prevents the trays being pushed through when loading. An optional, factory fitted steel top cover is available. Trays feature all-round grip, with a solid base and sides. They have thermal resistance -30˚ to +60˚ and are washable up to 110˚C. Each rack is fitted with 4 swivel castors and 4 white nylon 100 diameter wheels for easy manoeuvrability, with Total Stop Brakes optionally available, supplied in pairs, providing greater stability when stationary. Additional trays are also available.
