Mobile Steps with Handlock Anchorage

Strong and hard wearing, these quality, British-made steps offer a choice of tread width: either 610mm with 4 – 12 treads or 760mm with 5 – 14 treads. British made to conform with BS EN 131-7, the steps demonstrate great attention to detail in both design and manufacture, providing the highest levels of safety and reliability and ensuring many years’ usage in the toughest environments. Steps are made from an all steel construction, complete with a double rail platform and long handrails, and finished in a tough blue epoxy coating.

All models feature a hand lock anchorage for greater safety and stability, ensuring the front feet, which are fitted with protective plastic floor pads, rest firmly on to the floor when locked. Wheels are fitted with 2 x swivel castors to the front and 2 x fixed castors to the rear, with retracting castors fitted as standard. The steps feature 100mm diameter white nylon tyres with roller bearings for easy manoeuvrability. A choice of treads includes Ribbed Rubber, Anti-slip, Expamet and Punched Steel.
