Our recent Bake Sale in aid of The Fire Fighters Charity has been acknowledged with a certificate!
The Bake Sale was organised at our premises, selling a selection of amazing cakes and cookies to staff and visitors, raising vital funds for the charity. In total, £536.82 was raised as Directors Andy and Sam matched the amount raised in sales.
The Fire Fighters Charity offers specialist, lifelong support to members of the UK fire services community, empowering individuals to live happier and healthier lives through a range of health and wellbeing services, provided online and in person. In particular, the charity supports those who are suffering from injury or illness.
As many of our valued customers, suppliers and industry friends know, we suffered an enormous fire in May last year. More than 50 firefighters from regional units arrived to tackle the blaze, which is why the Charity is particularly close to our hearts
We certainly owe a debt of gratitude to the fire-fighters who attended our fire and will continue to support The Fire Fighters Charity. Watch this space for details of more fundraising events coming up!
