March 8th 2023 is International Women’s Day, an important initiative that celebrates women’s achievements and increasing visibility, helping to drive gender parity and forge a gender equal world.
As you can see when you visit our website or our premises, and read our news stories or our Key People section, Redhill actively supports gender equality and employs women across our business at every level in a wide variety of roles, from factor floor to office to director level.
We’d like to show our appreciation for all our women employees – we acknowledge all you do and couldn’t run our company without you!
While we’re on the subject, we have to give a shout out to our ‘old girl’ Pedrazzoli tube bender. She’s served our business well, enabling us to keep manufacturing during tough times after the fire, and will now enter our hall of fame, being made into a canteen table at our new factory premises!
