Having just recently made a substantial investment into a new, on-site, state-of-the-art powder coating facility, we have total control over the range of colours we provide, enabling us to meet your exact colour specification and can match to specific RAL colours if required.
Many of our products are available in a range of colours, such as our Classic Colour BS range of Mobile Steps, which comes with a choice of Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Grey, Sandstone, Orange or White. In addition, we can powder coat to any specific shade or colour you require. For example, if you wanted sanitiser units bespoke branded with corporate colours, we have the capability to provide an exact colour match.
Our new powder coating plant delivers precision accuracy when it comes to colour matching. Following stringent quality guidelines, we can colour match to the exact tone and hue, ensuring brand consistency whatever the product we supply.
In technical terms, our new Powder Coating Facility provides a highly efficient method of applying a hard finish, tougher than conventional paint, to metals, hardware and workplace equipment. Comprising a thermoplastic or thermoset polymer, the powder is applied electrostatically and then cured under heat, allowing it to flow and form a skin. Thicker coatings can be achieved than conventional liquid coatings, without running or sagging. The latest software enables us to provide an exact colour-match service.
