The manufacturing sector is seeing a positive boost, with demand for British built products rising; this is exactly what we are seeing at Redhill with volume orders constantly coming in. It’s fantastic to see the sector fighting the pandemic with customers finding British made products far more economically viable.
To meet demand we have invested in our resources and are excited to launch a night shift beginning Sunday 11th July. The team are poised to go and all systems are in place to increase production.
Initially we will clear a backlog of orders and then manufacture additional products to replenish instant despatch stock. This resource isn’t only to deal with the current spike in demand, but to continue to increase production and capacity in the future.
Larger volume orders and bespoke requirements are welcome thanks to the new resource increasing operational efficiency and output.
Attitudes towards the importance of buying British have changed and we’re proud to not only be supplying the country with well built products, but providing careers that positively increase the skills of our employees.
