We’re now looking forward to the imminent arrival of our new British made Unison 30mm CNC Long Nose Tube Benders, giving us even greater manufacturing capability and further enhancing our ‘Well Built In Britain’ product offering.
As part of our commitment to onward investment and the creation of a state-of the-art factory floor, equipped with the latest machinery, we’re delighted to report that Andy Colley and Kevin Balcombe have now visited the manufacturer Unison, where our new CNC Tube Benders are currently under FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and they will shortly arrive at Redhill.
Our new Tube Benders have a long nose design ensuring maximum clearance while retaining the rigidity required for tube bending, and can easily be reconfigured from a right hand to left hand machine.

The new Tube Benders will give our machine operators the ability to consistently bend with a high degree of control, while maintaining a constant force on the tube. All of which means we’ll be able to deliver even greater levels of reliability, accuracy and speed, further enhancing the levels of service we provide to our distributor base.
As you can imagine, we’re very excited about our new arrivals, which is all part of our grand plan to transform our infrastructure making Redhill a centre of manufacturing excellence.
