Redhill Manufacturing continues to grow and excel with the installation of a new mezzanine floor in Unit 2 of the ever-improving factory space in Redditch.
The new floor allows for the powders coating wet spray unit to be moved to Unit 2, giving way to a new stand-alone large step manufacturing facility. As a result, the track of the drying oven in Unit 2 can be doubled in size, greatly increasing the speed of the powder coating procedure and improving the manufacturing process as a whole.
The extra space created by the new mezzanine floor also means that uncoated stock can be easily stored away ready for coating, as well as providing additional storage for finished stock.
Redhill manufacturing are excited to be making this step towards a bigger and better business, as this promising new development will undoubtedly increase productivity throughout the unit, furthering Redhill’s ongoing commitment to providing the best and most efficient service for its customers.
