Meet Sam Colley, the powerhouse behind our daily operations and long-term vision at Redhill.
As a Director, Sam wears many hats, overseeing everything from PR and HR to IT and strategic projects. Her days are fast-paced, and she’s always on the go.
She keeps Redhill running smoothly, working alongside her husband, Managing Director Andy, and the senior management team to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
We’ve managed to pin Sam down for a quick 10-minute interview so you can all get to know her better.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love how varied my job role is. I constantly evolve as business needs change. Some days, my feet don’t even touch the ground, but I am never without something to do or achieve.
How would you describe yourself as an individual?
I am a strong, determined, driven woman. I love to feel a sense of achievement, whether realising a strategic goal, developing a sales relationship or helping an employee.

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I can do the splits – still, even at the age of 42!
I love to set myself challenges, especially ones that test my physical fitness. This year, I completed my first Triathlon. I am an avid reader and love to get lost in a good book; it’s great for the soul. I love the countryside and run a hobby farm. We breed our Gloucester Old Spot Pigs, and I’m the best pig doula in town!
