Transporting and storing gas cylinders safely and securely is essential to ensure they don’t present a health hazard. Our Cylinder Storage/Transport Pallet is manufactured in our Redditch-based factory to the highest British standards of quality and safety, ensuring the safe transportation, storage and access of cylinders. This Heavy Duty Pallet is designed to carry combinations of cylinder sizes, which are secured with ratchet straps mounted to the internal framework.
The pallet is manufactured from strong box section supports, with thick sheet steel fork pockets and a checker plate base, all finished with a tough blue epoxy coating. The fork pocket dimensions are 70 x 195mm (H x W) and the overall dimensions are 1000 x 1020 x 1000mm (H x W x D). The internal deck sizes are: front and rear width: 940mm; front depth 670mm; and rear depth 270mm. The unit weighs 98kg and has a maximum load capacity of 1000kg. It is supplied with a full test certificate.
