Business Development Executive

Reporting to: Sales Manager


Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with growing existing customer accounts as well as identifying new business leads and sales avenues. The role is likely to include but not limited to the below duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • National account management with regular face2face meetings.
  • Following up on new business leads.
  • Review customers product offering through gap analysis.
  • Review customer pricing and commercial agreements.
  • Identifying areas for sales growth.
  • Writing weekly reports and communicating with the wider management team.
  • Ability to work from any location is essential.
  • Work to set targets as outlined by the Sales Manager.
  • Attending trade shows to meet new and potential customers.
  • Seek ways to improve on business processes.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes with our customers.
  • Working with the Sales Manager to improve CRM systems.
  • Sales of our white label marketing packages to new and existing distributors (commission to be agreed).

Skills and Experience

  • The ability to work on own initiative and independently, but with the ability to feedback to a wider group.
  • Proficient in IT with the ability to use our MRP (MIE Trak) system, manipulate data to provide feedback to the management team.
