Redhill recently exhibited at Troy Means Business (TMB) 2023, a one-day show for members of the Troy buying group, held at the iconic Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire.
As a Troy supplier, the event enabled us to showcase our ‘Well Built in Britain’ range of access, handling and storage equipment alongside other ‘best in class’ brands and products to a wide range of decision makers, and we found the day to be both enjoyable and successful.
Troy represents the UK’s leading group of industrial engineering supplies, and works in partnership with many market-leading manufacturers and specialist suppliers, ensuring members benefit from high quality products at highly competitive prices.
As first time exhibitors, we gained a lot from the experience, finding Troy members to be a welcoming, friendly group of people and learning about new products on the market that we wouldn’t otherwise have known about.
There was a steady footfall of Troy members throughout the day, all showing keen interest in our products, from Big Steps and Cabinets through to Warehouse Safety. Redhill’s Sales & Customer Service Representative, Sophie Bates, says: “We met a number of potential new clients who have frequent demand for our types of equipment, and our popular product catalogues proved to be a great hit.”
Not only did the event allow us to present some of our most popular Well Built In Britain products, it also enabled us to show how investment in our new premises, processes and equipment is allowing Redhill to ensure availability and cut lead times.
Redhill’s Sales Director, Ross Anderson, comments: “It was a superb location and, for a show spanning just a day, provided a great opportunity to get involved with the Troy Group. As well as meeting potential new customers, it gave us the opportunity to speak to some of our largest customers, who also work with Troy. We look forward to further Troy events.”
