We are delighted to announce that Redhill has been awarded Kitemark Accreditation for the Make UK Engineering Apprenticeships, achieving Silver Kitemark status.
The accreditation process was based on three components: a benchmarking questionnaire, an Apprenticeship Survey and a Training Provider Survey, with Redhill achieving a high score of 98, guaranteeing us a Silver Kitemark.
As one of the first UK engineering and manufacturing companies to achieve this groundbreaking Kitemark award, we are exceptionally proud to receive this award. It represents a fantastic achievement on the part of our staff and bears testament to the high quality standards we adopt throughout our business.
We are now able to use the Silver standard ‘Engineering Apprenticeships: Aspiring for Excellence’ Kitemark logo on all our material, highlighting our commitment to professional excellence. The status will continue until we are re-accredited in June 2023.
We look forward to receiving our Award Trophy and Certificate from Make UK CEO, Stephen Phipson CBE, at a special Awards Dinner on 7th July 2022, hosted by Make UK Birmingham and the Next Gen Makers team.
We really believe that the future of our industry is dependent on developing the highest standards of engineering skills and are committed to producing high calibre apprentices who will enable us to continue delivering the best of British manufacturing. As such, we feel very gratified that our Engineering Apprenticeships have received this professional and widely recognised industry recognition.
