We will reopen and be fully operational at 8.00am Monday 4th January 2021.
We won’t be sending cards or gifts to customers and distributors this year. In view of the current circumstances, we have decided it’s more appropriate to donate food hampers to food banks within the local Redditch area, who will be supporting local charities.
We’d like to thank you for your ongoing support throughout the year, which has proved so tough for many, amidst unprecedented circumstances. Our members of staff have demonstrated their uncompromising commitment throughout, rising to the challenge and keeping our business going. On occasion, some orders have taken a little longer to fulfil and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are continuing to invest in our manufacturing facilities, increasing our production capability and, ultimately, ensuring speedier despatch and delivery as we move into 2021. With a vaccine now being delivered, we are hopeful of returning to some kind of normality as progress through the New Year. It can’t come quickly enough.
