For over 40 years, we have been helping our distributors to meet their customers’ needs by providing access, handling and storage products that are safe, durable and entirely British- made. In fact, one of our proudest achievements over the decades has been our refusal to import our products from abroad – all of our products are Midlands-made and they are a testament to the craftsmanship of our entire team.
Our story began with Eric Barnard, who founded Redhill back in 1977. To this day, Eric’s progressive attitude towards innovation remains at the core of all that we do. As a family-run company, these skills have transferred through the generations; Ken Colley, Eric’s son-in- law and Jon and Andy, Eric’s grandchildren, work passionately within Redhill to maximise efficiencies and maintain the high standards that our distributors and their customers have come to expect.
We are committed to continual improvement, with installations such as our laser cutting machine bringing a number of quality improvements to our processes, as well as helping to ensure that we can continue to meet the ever-increasing demand for our products.
Over the decades, our flexible approach to meeting our distributors’ needs has helped up to create long-term relationships that are built on trust and respect. From the introduction of new products to our specials service that encourages bespoke specifications, we pride ourselves on being proactive, highly responsive and forward-thinking.
