Redhill Manufacturing is excited to welcome Corrine Cook as the newest member of our customer services team. With her passion for helping customers and her extensive experience in client relations, Corrine is ready to make a positive impact and ensure a seamless service experience for all.
What’s your role and responsibilities at Redhill?
My main responsibility is Customer Service, this is something I thrive on. I have always been passionate about providing a service that I would expect to receive myself. I believe a smile goes a long way, and this can definitely be heard down the phone. Also, all aspects of administration, dealing with customers orders and queries, chasing orders with production and updating customers regarding their orders.
What’s your main motivation at work?
This has to be a good work environment and a good team. Redhill Manufacturing have welcomed me as part of the team since the moment I joined the company, and this makes every day at work more enjoyable.
What led you to this career?
I have worked in property for many years and fancied a new challenge. I wanted to try something that I haven’t tried before, something I could get stuck into.
What are you excited about in your new role?
Building relationships with my customers. Learning my role more thoroughly, product knowledge, and growing within the company.
What’s your greatest strength in this position?
I think my biggest strength would be my many years of customer service and administration experience, I believe this will shine through where necessary.
What drew you to Redhill?
What drew me to Redhill was the close knit family side of things, I have worked for family businesses previously and there is nothing quite like it. To be able to come and work for a company and feel like part of a family at the same time is a great feeling – and this is exactly how I feel already, I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with.
What are your future career goals?
I want to learn as much as I possibly can and hopefully grow with Redhill, I still have over 20 years of my working career left in me and hopefully carry out the rest of my working years here at Redhill.
Outside work, what are your hobbies and interests?
I enjoy going to cinema, eating out and spending time with my family, I have a caravan in Wales so try to spend as much time there as I possibly can.
